About the company

Kadarbiku Farm is located in Tuula Village in Saue Municipality in Harju County. We started farming here in 1989 and we created our family-run business Kadarbiku Köögivili OÜ in 2004. Kadarbiku Farm specialises in growing and processing vegetables. We have 180 ha of our own arable land and 500 ha of land in our use.

The company employs about 70 people all year round plus seasonal workers. We produce 10,000 tons of vegetables a year: 6,000 tons of this is sold and 4,000 tons is processed into juices and vegetable mixes in our Ääsmäe production facilities. We also make sauerkraut.

Kadarbiku is best known for its vegetable juices and smoothies. We produce more than a million litres of juice per year using the vegetables we grow and imported fruit mixes. All juices are made from freshly pressed fruits and vegetables and only gently pasteurised to preserve all the good vitamins. No preservatives, colorants or sweeteners are added to Kadarbiku’s juices.

Our juices and smoothies are all natural and therefore do not keep for long (the use-by date is marked on the packaging). They must be kept in a fridge at +2 to +6 degrees for no longer than 24 hours.

The packaging of Kadarbiku juices and smoothies differs considerably from the packaging of other similar products and is always easy to spot in a shop. The environmentally-friendly cardboard packaging protects our products better from the damaging effects of light and air and helps to preserve the health benefits and great taste of our juices and smoothies. The short shelf life of our products makes them harder to transport and market than ordinary juices, but there is nothing more important than people’s HEALTH.

Clients

Our products can be found in the stores of all major chains (Rimi, Prisma, Selver, Maxima, Stockmann, etc.) and we also cooperate with many restaurants. We also sell our vegetable juices and smoothies in Latvia, Lithuania and Finland.
